A pancake recipe is something that really doesn’t need to be complicated and our handy products make it even easier! This super-simple recipe from Emma Lay at A Bit More Seasoning is our go-to every time for a delicious crêpe-style pancake.
Start off by measuring 1 cup of flour and 1 cup of milk. Then add the flour, milk and 1 egg into a large mixing bowl.
Add a pinch of salt. Then whisk everything together to make a batter. Rest the batter in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Heat a frying pan to medium-high. Melt the butter in the pan and wipe away any excess. Pour a small serving of pancake batter into the centre of your pan. Then swirl the pan in a circular motion to spread the mixture evenly to the edges.
Cook the pancake for about 1 minute until the mixture is set, then flip using a spatula and cook on the other side for a further minute.
Serve with lemon juice, blueberries and a sprinkling of sugar, or get creative and add your own choice of toppings.
