Before placing an order

Read the product details, availability, price, shipping charges, delivery information and return information. Check that your address and contact details are correct. Contact our team before paying if anything is unclear.

Products and prices

Product information applies to the selected item. Screen colours may differ from the physical item. Prices and the final total appear in Indonesian Rupiah at checkout before payment; this does not guarantee availability without a stock check.

Orders and payments

Orders are managed through WooCommerce and payments through Xendit. Paid status follows payment-provider confirmation. If stock, payment or order information does not match, our team will contact you to agree an appropriate resolution.

Delivery and support

Consumer rights

These terms are not intended to remove consumer rights under applicable rules. Cancellation, replacement and refund requests are reviewed by our team according to the transaction circumstances and applicable requirements.
